CLUB UPDATES AND INFORMATION
The following rules are applicable to all Members and all Affiliated Resorts.
- There are no pets permitted in any of the Units or on the Common Property of the Affiliated Resorts.
- All Units are to be used for residential purposes only.
- Member privileges shall be suspended during such periods of time as the Member is in default of any payments dues pursuant to these Rules and Regulations.
- The Club may restrict the number or the frequency in which a Member may exchange Use Weeks through the Club.
- All Unit furnishings shall be left in good and clean condition at the end of each Use Week and each Member shall be responsible for all breakage or other damage to furnishings in the Unit during his/her Use Week, reasonable wear and tear expected, whether caused by the Member or a Guest.
- Each Member shall not permit waste on the Unit or Common Property, or maintain or permit to be maintained a nuisance thereon, or use or permit the Unit or Common Property to be used in an unlawful manner.
The Administrator reserves the right to amend the foregoing rules and regulations and to create new rules and regulation from time to time which shall be binding on all Members.
